Cheap running shoes
Cheap running shoes could do a lot of damage to your feet as well as
your legs and even your back. One of the main ways this can happen is
if the shoes do not have the proper arch support inside. When there
is not a good arch support in a running shoe, you lose the bounce in
your step that you need to maintain a healthy running rhythm.
Cheap running shoes force your feet to pound onto the pavement instead
of spring off the pavement. This pounding is often what is responsible
for things like shin splints. But it does not stop at the shins. Your
feet and your back are directly related to one another.
A pain in your foot moves its way to your ankles, then to your shins,
then to your knees and then finally to your lower lumbar region. It
can be hard to recover from this sort of impact damage.
When buying running shoes, make sure there are adequate arch supports,
room for your toes to move, they are light, and that they are made of
quality stitching.
Even though it can be tempting to buy cheap running shoes, your body
will end up paying for it in the long run.
